3. Recruitment Services
These terms apply to both candidates (individuals seeking employment) and hiring clients (businesses seeking workers).
- Candidates must provide accurate, truthful information about their qualifications, experience, and right to work in the UK.
- All candidates are subject to right-to-work verification and, where applicable, enhanced DBS checks and SIA licence verification before placement.
- We act as an employment business (supplying temporary workers) and an employment agency (introducing candidates for permanent roles). Our services to candidates are free of charge at all times.
- Hiring clients agree to provide accurate information about roles, working conditions, and pay, and to comply with all relevant employment legislation.
- We reserve the right to withdraw any candidate from a placement if we become aware of any misrepresentation or compliance issue.
- Introductions of candidates to hiring clients are confidential. Hiring clients must not engage an introduced candidate directly (bypassing Covenant Crest) for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction without our written consent.
4. Haulage & Freight Services
All haulage and freight services are subject to a separate service agreement or booking confirmation agreed in writing between Covenant Crest Group Ltd and the client.
- Price estimates provided via our online estimator tool are indicative only and are not a binding quote. Confirmed quotes are provided in writing.
- We accept no liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road closures, or third-party carrier delays.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that goods are correctly described, packaged, and labelled for transport.
- We reserve the right to refuse any consignment that does not comply with legal requirements or presents a safety risk.
5. Import & Trade Services
Import and trade enquiries submitted via this website are non-binding expressions of interest. A formal trade agreement, including price, specifications, delivery terms and payment conditions, must be agreed in writing before any binding commitment is made.
- Indicative CIF pricing provided in response to enquiries is subject to market conditions and supplier confirmation at the time of order.
- Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with UK import regulations applicable to their specific product and use case.
- All trade terms (CIF, FOB, DDP) are as defined in the latest edition of Incoterms published by the International Chamber of Commerce.

11. Employment Agency Regulations & Agency Workers' Rights
Covenant Crest Group Ltd operates as an Employment Agency and Employment Business as defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. We are registered with the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate (EAS).
Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) 2010: Temporary workers supplied by Covenant Crest Group Ltd are entitled to equal treatment on basic working and employment conditions (including pay, hours, and rest periods) after completing a 12-week qualifying period in the same role with the same hirer, as required by the Agency Workers Regulations 2010. Hirers are required to provide information about basic employment conditions on request to allow us to meet our AWR obligations.

12. Modern Slavery Act
Covenant Crest Group Ltd is committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.
